I got the number 4 eye of round in brisket, I also got a side order grilled pork chop. The complete order was $22 after tax. You get a lot of food and it’s well worth every penny. I have experience with Vietnamese food eating many types of dishes and South Jersey at a restaurant called hens Vietnamese restaurant. This few food is also really good. I have no complaints and I will definitely be coming back. I know what to expect from anything I eat, so I’ll be trying pretty much everything on the menu soon. They let you pick and put your sauces and containers. The service is fast. Everything is good as is, but it’s always nice to add a little pepper that you like to spice things up, but it doesn’t need anything and they have everything you need to make it taste perfect. Highly recommend in my personal opinion I give it a 10 out of 10.

This wasn’t the best pho experience I had. The broth tasted like hot water with no flavor no richness, no depth, just sad. The bok choy was soggy and clearly not fresh, and the meat was mid at best. Service? Even worse. Asking for chili sauce or thai tea felt like I committed a crime I got told “those are the sauces we have””and you have to take it yourself” with attitude. Any simple question was met with annoyance, like customers are a burden. One of the workers even snatched the receipt out of my hand like??The $5 iced coffee was straight-up disrespectful bitter, watered down, and not worth a single dollar.definitely not worth it. They also didn’t provide basic things like forks or napkins, whether dining in or taking out. Overall, not a place I’d return to. The food quality and customer service both need improvement.

I love banh mi so I’ll always try one if I see one. What a disappointment. First, the bread is not right, it’s not crispy outside as it should be. They put some meats then lots of shredded daikon and a few pieces (like 3) of carrots, no cucumbers. The daikon is actually warm when they put it in so that made the bread soggy. I had never had such a bad bah mi. Don’t be fooled by the photos they posted. Or maybe that’s how they made it before. I also ordered a pork chop over rice. The pork chop was good, but the sweet and sour sauce is wrong. I have to say, on LI no restaurant knows how to make the right sauce, they just mix some vinegar, sugar with water. Truly horrible. Please look it up, it’s not hard.

I was craving Vietnamese summer rolls while I was running errands in the area and luckily Pho Grand Westbury was very close by. The cashier was very friendly and happy to help customers navigate menu. My two shrimp summer rolls were ready without much wait and soo delicious - fresh mint, crunchy cucumbers, chilled noodles and chilled (poached) shrimp, the perfect meal (or snack) in hot, humid weather. The peanut dipping sauce was so good I wanted to drink it. I definitely will be back to have some of the aromatic pho next time. If you're in the area and looking for something other than regular boring everyday fast food places (all the chains are near by) this is the definitely worth checking out.

This Pho Grand is inside the 99Ranch grocery store inside the Source Mall. It is at the back side of the Mall behind Dave and Buster. This is not a restaurant, more like a food court establishment. The cashier was courteous and friendly. It took us a little to order and we had the crispy spring roll and 2 rice noodle with soup #1 & #2. Not expecting much but the pho was tasty and pipping hot. Good potion and all the condiments available for stay and to go. The food tasted fresh and packed with flavor. It's good meal choice while grocery shopping at 99 Ranch.
